Ritual Smudging Wands

Smudging is an ancient ritual often associated with Native Americans. It is believed that burning sage or palo santo & certain herbs will ward off negative vibrations and replace them with positive, uplifting energies. It is the act of burning the sage/palo etc that is referred to as smudging. People also smudge to cleanse their crystals, set intentions or manifest, release themselves from all that no longer serves them,  when moving into a new home and to prepare a space for healing ♡
To use, set your intention, light the end of the wand and allow to smoulder, place into a heat-resistant bowl or shell and gently disperse the smoke throughout the area to dispel negative energies. Fully extinguish after use and keep away from pets and children.
